Specialising in advanced aesthetic solutions, we offer these innovative procedures to address a wide range of skin concerns and help you achieve smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin.

Plasma Pen ACCOR/Plasma Shower is a state-of-the-art skin tightening and rejuvenation treatment that utilises plasma energy to stimulate collagen production and tighten the skin. This advanced technology delivers controlled bursts of plasma energy to targeted areas of the skin, creating micro-injuries that trigger the body’s natural healing response. As the skin heals, it becomes tighter, firmer, and more youthful-looking, with improved texture and tone.

What is Plasma Pen ACCOR/Plasma Shower?

ACCOR (Aesthetic Cosmetic Corrector) a non-surgical alternative to skin tightening surgery.

The pen is held above the skin (without making direct contact with the skin) approximately 1mm above the surface of the skin and creates a minuscule electric arc at its tip The arc is called a plasma arc. When the plasma-arc touches the skin, it vaporises a micromillimeter-sized dot on the skins surface, this process is called sublimation.

This dot minimally tightens the skin in its vicinity, several points applied together create a “reduction grid”. Through the application of grids in specific patterns, excess skin is tightened.

The heat causes a tightening of the surrounding skin, the small dots form scabs and drop off after approximately  week. In the following weeks new collagen fibres develop to tighter, leaving you with smoother skin.

A full consultation with a patch test is always carried out prior to your actual treatment date, this is to make sure you are a suitable candidate for a plasma treatment. On the day of your treatment a topical anaesthetic cream is applied 45 minutes prior to your treatment so that you areas comfortable as possible.

The treatment causes inflammation, this is necessary to induce the tightening process. It should not be suppressed with medication or cooling. The tightening process can continue for up to 4 months.

Plasma Shower Technique
Gentle strokes of plasma are placed along the skins surface stimulating collagen and fibroblast production temporary opens the skin allowing full penetration of topically applied active sterile ingredients using the Dermaheal range. This shower can be concentrated to target lines and wrinkles as well as tightening, rejuvenation, improves pigmentation and creates a more even skin tone.

Pre Treatment
You should not have been sunbathing or in a solarium for 4 weeks previous to the treatment. No tea or coffee drinking 2 hours before the treatment. Do not take Ibuprofen or any other anti – inflammatory medications. Patch test will need to be carried out at least 1 week before treatment.

Post Treatment

Keep the treated area dry, no excessive sweating, no sauna, no swimming, no steam rooms. Avoid water on the treated area No plans for intensive sunbathing 14 days after the treatment. Do not cool the area. Do not pick at the scabs. Once the scabs have fallen off a SPF 50 should be worn for 6 months.
