Cancellations
Your appointment is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes adjustments to schedules are necessary and respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
If you cannot attend your appointment please notify me as soon as possible to reallocate your slot.
Booking Fee Deposits
A booking fee of £20 is required when your appointment is made to secure your appointment.
All booking are non refundable if you cancel within 24 hours notice or if you fail to attend you appointment you will lose you booking fee deposit.
Your booking fee will be deducted from the treatment price once you have received your treatment.
Booking fees may be refunded or transferred if rescheduling your appointment before the 24 hour cancellation policy.
Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it may not be possible for your treatment to be carried out.
